The customer agrees that:

The service does not provide proof of loyalty, infidelity, or intent.
6. Duration
The standard duration of the service is 48 hours from the start of the interaction.
Extensions may be available for an additional fee.
7. Customer Responsibility
The customer agrees to:
- use the service for lawful and personal purposes only
- not use results for harassment, coercion, or harmful behavior
- take full responsibility for any interpretation or decisions
The customer acknowledges that the service may involve emotionally sensitive content.
8. Data Responsibility
The customer represents and warrants that:

- all provided data is lawful and publicly accessible
Love or Not is not responsible for misuse of third-party data provided by the customer.

10. No Screenshots Policy
To protect privacy:
- no screenshots, recordings, or full chat transcripts are provided
- only a descriptive summary may be delivered
The absence of such materials does not constitute incomplete service.
11. Payments & Refunds
The service is digital and personalized.
- payment is required in advance
- once the service has started, no refunds are provided, except where required by applicable law
The service is considered started upon the first interaction attempt (including a follow or request).
Lack of response or interaction does not entitle the customer to a refund.
12. No Guarantees Disclaimer

15. Chargeback Policy
By purchasing the service, the customer agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.
In case of a chargeback, Love or Not reserves the right to:
- provide evidence of service delivery
- suspend access to future services
- pursue recovery of funds where permitted by law
16. Service Termination
Love or Not reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the service at its discretion in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
17. Force Majeure
